• Donor Information: When you make a contribution, we collect your name, mobile number, email address, and Permanent Account Number (PAN) strictly for issuing official 80G tax exemption receipts under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
• Payment Information: All online payments are securely processed by RBI-licensed payment gateways (Razorpay). Rise for India does not store your debit/credit card numbers, CVVs, or net banking passwords.
• Volunteer & Proposer Details: If you apply to volunteer or submit a grassroots fundraiser proposal, we collect your name, contact information, skills, and supporting project documents.
• Anonymous Donations: If you select “Keep my details private”, your name will never be displayed on the public supporters list of the fundraiser.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely for non-profit and charitable purposes:

• Issuing and delivering valid 80G tax exemption donation receipts and certificates.
• Providing milestone updates regarding the beneficiaries and campaigns you support.
• Auditing and transparent reporting mandated by the Charity Commissioner and Income Tax Department.
• Responding to your inquiries and support requests.

We never sell, rent, trade, or commercialize your personal information to any third parties or advertisers.

4. Data Security & Compliance

We implement industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across all website communications. Our payment partners maintain strict PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance and RBI regulatory standards. Only authorized administrative trustees of Shivprabha Charitable Trust have access to donation accounting logs.
